SUMMARY:  We are currently looking for an energetic, organized and competitive individual to join the business development team at HyperGrowthCEO. You will help accelerate our growth through the various lead generation and prospecting methods. If you love technology and marketing within a team environment, then you’re probably the perfect person to join our team and contribute to the success of HyperGrowthCEO.

ABOUT US: HyperGrowthCEO is a fast growing Web Development and Marketing Services Agency that has clients across various verticals including SaaS, Technology, Healthcare, Hospitality and more.  We have offices located in Boston and Salt Lake City. This position could be remote.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, a business development representative must be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends, generate sustainable leads and transform those leads into clients. Perform each essential duty and responsibility in a satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual, have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work and clients if necessary that they will be willing to use for work purposes. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

COMPENSATION: This is a commission only opportunity with no income cap.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Must be comfortable working independently. You will not be micromanaged.
  2. You will be expected to leverage your existing network of Marketing Executives, Business Owners and Business Leaders to bring deals to the table.
  3. Have a basic understanding of marketing and web design services.
  4. Become an expert on the needs and objectives of our channel partners, clients (small-, mid-, and enterprise level businesses) and the local market.
  5. Be comfortable with prospecting and speaking to Marketing VPs, CMOs, CEOs and business leaders in the community in order to build the HyperGrowthCEO brand and further propel the agency as a source innovator in the realm of digital marketing, web design, and lead generation.
  6. Effectively communicate the products and services HyperGrowthCEO provides to its clients. With materials provided, be effective at delivering a strong capability presentation.
  7. Fantastic phone and email etiquette and professionalism. Enjoy speaking to new people and networking.
  8. Learn and execute the prospecting tools (i.e., email automation marketing platform), HyperGrowthCEO utilizing internally and on behalf of our clients.
  9. Working knowledge of social prospecting, networking strategy and other lead generation tools.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records provided by the managing partners of HyperGrowthCEO.
  11. Achieve sales quotas by qualifying top leads and converting to clients.
  12. Collaborate and prospect leads creatively and efficiently. We desire our team members to think and share ideas of best methods to promote the brand and attract new clients.
  13. Use every channel necessary to contact leads.
  14. Qualify leads and schedule marketing consultation with managing partners.
  15. Understands the government regulations affecting HyperGrowthCEO’s operations, ensuring HyperGrowthCEO is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.
  16. Deals with the general public, customers, employees, union and government officials with tact and courtesy.
  17. Accepts full responsibility for managing an activity.
  18. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

    • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    • Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare client proposals.
    • Read and interpret business records and statistical reports.
      • Absent extraordinary prior on-the-job experience, the Business Development Representative position requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and preferably either a two-year marketing degree or four-year secondary education (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
      • Requires an occupationally-significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, on-the-job training.

      COMPUTER SKILLS: Business Development Representative must have sufficient computer skills that will allow them to be able to use,  in a proficient manner, all HyperGrowthCEO software programs, including but not limited to the following:

      • Microsoft Word
      • Microsoft Excel
      • Google Suite

      • DialPad
