After undergraduate studies at Syracuse University and graduate studies at American University, Shawn was commissioned in the United State Army as a Military Intelligence officer serving multiple combat tours. Because of his education, he acted as the public relations office undertaking the most important rebranding campaign, securing alliances and winning the support of the local population. After his service, he moved to Salt Lake City to raise a family and enjoy the beauty. Strong careers in private education and software engineering drove Shawn to launch a digital design studio called Space City Concepts. Later Shawn merged his studio with a marketing and lead generation agency in Boston forming HyperGrowthCEO.

Owners and CEOs often view marketing as a cost, a function that they know it important yet renders a lot of frustration. We take the simple approach that if a marketing solution does not deliver, it is poor.Â

Honestly, we are not for everyone. Clients that want cookie-cutter advertising solutions, should go to one of the dinosaur ad agencies. We are built for the Digi-Age, and technology is our jam. Â
My Approach
First and foremost, I prefer to speak with clients to understand 3 key elements: 1) Present situation; 2) Brand vision; 3) Goals for the campaign/project. Tell me your story. Tell me the whys and hows. What is your motivation? How does your product or service enhance the life of others?
I do not plan and ‘selling’ something I can’t deliver or do not think will work. No worries, honesty is a prime value. I have zero desire to make a quick buck over delivering a quality service and lasting relationships. At the end, I want all our clients to view me as their techie nerd friend.Â
